FINE BUBBLE GENERATING DEVICE
The present invention provides a technology that can generate fine bubbles in a consecutive and stable manner in a liquid in a bath. A control apparatus of a fine bubble generation apparatus of the present invention may execute fine bubble generation driving, which pressurizes and supplies a liquid from a tank supply route to a tank by driving a pressurization pump and supplies a liquid from which gas is pressurized and dissolved to a bath from the tank through a tank emission route. During execution of the fine bubble generation driving, the control apparatus may execute first tank circulation driving that circulates the liquid of the tank by a tank circulation pump in a tank circulation route in a state of opening a gas inlet valve and second tank circulation driving that circulates the liquid of the tank by the tank circulation pump in the tank circulation route in a state of closing the gas inlet valve. The control apparatus is configured to drive the tank circulation pump with a first rotation number for the first tank circulation driving and drive the tank circulation pump with a second rotation number lower than the first rotation number for the second tank circulation driving.
