The present invention is an uninterruptible working device by means of indirect live wire for standing cables, which ensures the safety of workers by allowing the entire process of distribution work to be constructed in an indirect live wire method to be able to perform uninterruptible work on standing facilities of underground cables during distribution work. The above-described uninterruptible working device by means of indirect live wire for standing cables comprises: a support arm installed on an electric pole; a left and right displacement control unit installed to be movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the support arm; a vertical displacement control unit installed to be interlockable with respect to the left and right displacement control unit via a connecting arm; a connection bracket installed to be movable in the vertical direction via a lifting bar with respect to the vertical displacement control unit and mounting a bypass cable; and a connection clamp connected to the connection fitting via an extension cable and installed to enable connection to a live cable.
본 발명은 배전공사시 지중케이블의 입상설비에 대한 무정전 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 배전작업의 전 공정이 간접활선 방식으로 시공되게 하여 작업자의 안전확보가 가능한 입상케이블용 간접활선 방식의 무정전 작업장치를 개시한다. 전술한 입상케이블용 간접활선 방식의 무정전 작업장치는 전주에 설치되는 지지아암, 상기 지지아암에 대해 수평방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 좌우방향 변위조절부, 상기 좌우방향 변위조절부에 대해 커넥팅아암을 매개로 연동 가능하게 설치되는 상하방향 변위조절부, 상기 상하방향 변위조절부에 대해 승강바아를 매개로 수직방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고 바이패스 케이블을 장착하는 연결용 금구, 및 상기 연결용 금구에 대해 연장 케이블을 매개로 연결되고 활선 케이블에 대해 접속 가능하게 설치되는 접속용 클램프를 포함한다.
