ALARM APPARATUS FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT BOOM
The present invention relates to an alarm device for a heavy equipment boom, capable of issuing an alarm signal to a heavy equipment operator by sensing a situation in which a boom of heavy equipment becomes close to an adjacent structure while being operated. In accordance with the present invention, heavy equipment with a boom includes: a base having a magnet magnetically attached to or detached from an end part of the boom; a body coupled to the base and having a battery and a buzzer; a warning light coupled to the body to emit light such that an approach signal can be issued; an upper proximity sensor outputting a sensing signal by detecting a state in which the end part of the boom is approaching an upper structure; and a control unit controlling the operation of the warning light and the buzzer in accordance with the sensing signal outputted from the upper proximity sensor.
본 발명은 중장비의 붐을 작동시키는 과정에서 주변 구조물에 근접할 경우 이를 감지하여 중장비 기사에게 경보 신호를 알릴 수 있는 중장비용 붐의 경보장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 붐을 갖는 중장비에 있어서, 상기 붐의 끝 부분에 자력에 의해 탈착되도록 자석을 갖는 베이스, 상기 베이스에 결합되어 배터리 및 버저를 갖는 본체, 상기 본체에 결합되어 근접 신호를 알리도록 빛을 발광하는 경광등, 상기 붐의 끝 부분이 상부 구조물에 접근하는 상태를 검출하여 감지 신호를 출력하는 상부근접센서, 상기 상부근접센서에서 출력된 감지 신호에 따라 상기 경광등 및 상기 버저의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다.

본 발명은 중장비의 붐을 작동시키는 과정에서 주변 구조물에 근접할 경우 이를 감지하여 중장비 기사에게 경보 신호를 알릴 수 있는 중장비용 붐의 경보장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 붐을 갖는 중장비에 있어서, 상기 붐의 끝 부분에 자력에 의해 탈착되도록 자석을 갖는 베이스, 상기 베이스에 결합되어 배터리 및 버저를 갖는 본체, 상기 본체에 결합되어 근접 신호를 알리도록 빛을 발광하는 경광등, 상기 붐의 끝 부분이 상부 구조물에 접근하는 상태를 검출하여 감지 신호를 출력하는 상부근접센서, 상기 상부근접센서에서 출력된 감지 신호에 따라 상기 경광등 및 상기 버저의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다.
