Corrugated Deck Typed Form for Slab and Concrete Slab Construction Method Using the Same
The present invention relates to a corrugated deck-type form panel that allows slab construction while minimizing the installation of a non-supporting or temporary support and that can be recovered and reused, and a slab construction method that preferably uses the corrugated deck-type form panel. According to the present invention, the corrugated deck-type form panel for slab construction comprises: a first insulating plate repeatedly formed into a wave shape in the width direction to form irregularities on the upper and lower surfaces thereof; a second insulating plate having an upper surface formed with irregularities corresponding to the lower surface of the first insulating plate and a lower surface formed with steel insertion grooves in the longitudinal direction at each position of the convex portions among the irregularities of the upper surface on the lower surface and having the upper surface installed in close contact with the lower surface of the first insulating plate; and a reinforcing steel frame inserted into the steel frame insertion groove of the second insulating plate, installed in close contact therewith, and having a lower surface coinciding with the lower surface of the second insulating plate or installed to protrude below the lower surface of the second insulating plate. The first insulating plate is supported by the second insulating plate, and the second insulating plate is supported by the reinforcing steel frame.
본 발명은 무지주 또는 가설 동바리 설치를 최소화하면서 슬래브 시공이 가능하고 회수하여 재사용이 가능한 골데크형 거푸집패널과 이러한 골데크형 거푸집패널을 바람직하게 이용한 슬래브 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 골데크형 거푸집패널은, 슬래브 시공을 위한 거푸집패널에서, 너비방향으로 파형으로 반복 성형되어 상하부면이 각각 요철로 형성된 제1단열판재; 상부면이 제1단열판재의 하부면에 대응하는 요철로 형성되고 하부면에 상부면의 요철 중 철부 위치마다 길이방향으로 철골삽입홈이 형성되며, 상부면이 제1단열판재 하부면에 밀착 설치되는 제2단열판재; 제2단열판재의 철골삽입홈에삽입되어 밀착 설치되되, 하부면이 제2단열판재의 하부면과 일치되거나 제2단열판재의 하부면 아래로 돌출되게 설치되는 보강철골;를 포함하여 구성되어, 제1단열판재가 제2단열판재로 받침지지되고 제2단열판재가 보강철골로 받침지지되는 구조가 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
