The present invention relates to a wall using rice straw and coconut fiber and a construction method thereof. The wall of a structure comprises: a wall frame provided on the inside with an accommodating part consisting of an accommodating space and forming a border surrounding the circumference of the accommodating part; a rice straw board made of a plate shape of rice straw and accommodated in the accommodating part to block the accommodating part; a coconut mat made of a plate shape of coconut fiber to overlap the rice straw board and to be accommodated in the accommodating part; a blocking material fixed to both sides of the wall frame and fixing the rice straw board and the coconut mat within the accommodating part; a mesh member each fixed to the outer surface of the blocking material; and a secondary mortar layer formed on the outside of the mesh member and made of red clay mortar. According to the present invention, by using the insulating power of rice straw and the moisture blocking and controlling power of coconut fiber, the functional utility required as a wall can be maximized. In addition, the application of red clay mortar, which has insect-repellent, antibacterial, deodorizing, hygroscopic, absorbent, fire-resistant, circulatory, breathable, electromagnetic wave-absorbing, and far-infrared effects, can provide an environment that is eco-friendly and useful for the user's health. The present invention not only improves the durability of the red clay mortar layer but also has excellent constructability.
본 발명은 구조물의 벽체에 있어서, 내측에 수용 가능한 공간으로 이루어지는 수용부가 마련되고, 상기 수용부의 둘레를 감싸는 테두리를 형성하도록 하는 벽체프레임; 상기 수용부를 차단하도록 볏짚의 판상으로 이루어져서 상기 수용부에 수용되는 볏짚보드; 상기 볏짚보드와 겹쳐져서 상기 수용부에 수용되도록 코코넛 섬유의 판상으로 이루어지는 코코넛매트; 상기 벽체프레임의 양측면에 각각 고정되고, 상기 볏짚보드와 상기 코코넛매트를 상기 수용부 내에 고정되도록 하는 차단재; 상기 차단재의 외측면에 각각 고정되는 메쉬부재; 및 상기 메쉬부재의 외측에 형성되고, 황토모르타르로 이루어지는 2차 모르타르층;을 포함하도록 한 볏짚과 코코넛섬유를 이용한 벽체 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 볏짚의 단열력과 코코넛 섬유에 의한 습기 차단 및 조절력을 이용함으로써, 벽체로서 요구하는 기능적인 효용성을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 이와 함께 방충성, 항균성, 탈취성, 흡습성, 흡수성, 내화성, 순환성, 통기성, 전자파흡수성 및 원적외선 효능을 가지는 황토의 모르타르 적용으로 인해 친환경적이면서 사용자의 건강에 유용한 환경을 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 황토의 모르타르 층에 대한 내구성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 시공성이 우수한 효과를 가진다.
