AUTOMATIC COUPLING APPARATUS OF GLAZING BEAD FOR FIXING WINDOW GLASS IMPROVED
Disclosed in the present invention is a gasket automatic coupling apparatus for fixing improved window panes, and more specifically, to a gasket automatic coupling apparatus for fixing improved window panes, which is provided to automatically couple a gasket for fixing window panes to a glass fixing bar. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: an automatic supply unit which is disposed at one side of a main body after providing a pair of upper and lower supply rollers engaged with each other at the upper and lower portions to automatically and horizontally supply the glass fixing bar of a predetermined length in the gasket insertion location direction; a fixing bar transport unit which is provided to horizontally transport the glass fixing bar supplied by the automatic supply unit; a gasket insertion unit which is provided to insert the gasket into the glass fixing bar transported to the gasket insertion location; a gasket cutting unit which is disposed at the main body at the gasket cutting location to cut the gasket inserted after connecting the glass fixing bar transported afterwards after the glass fixing bar transported first and the gasket are inserted after the gasket is inserted; a detection unit including a first entrance detection sensor provided to detect the end portion of the glass fixing bar entering the fixing bar transport unit by means of the automatic insertion unit, and a second entrance detection sensor provided to detect the end portion of the glass fixing bar having entered the gasket cutting location; and a driving unit which controls the automatic insertion unit, and is disposed in the body to control the fixing bar transport unit, the gasket supply unit, and the gasket cutting unit based on whether the glass fixing bar is detected, which is detected by the detection unit.
개량된 창문유리 고정용 가스켓 자동 결합장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 개량된 창문유리 고정용 가스켓 자동 결합장치는, 창문유리 고정용 가스켓을 유리 고정바에 자동으로 결합하기 위한 것으로, 소정의 길이를 갖는 상기 유리 고정바를 가스켓 삽입위치 방향으로 자동으로 수평 공급하도록 상,하부에서 서로 맞물리는 한 쌍의 상,하부 공급로울러를 구비하여 본체의 한쪽에 마련되는 자동 공급부; 상기 자동 공급부에 의해 공급되는 상기 유리 고정바를 수평 이송하기 위한 고정바 이송부; 가스켓 삽입위치로 이송된 상기 유리 고정바에 가스켓을 삽입하기 위한 가스켓 삽입부; 상기 가스켓이 삽입되어 선 이송된 상기 유리 고정바와 상기 가스켓이 삽입되어 후 이송된 상기 유리 고정바를 연결하여 삽입된 상기 가스켓을 절단하도록 상기 가스켓 절단위치의 상기 본체에 마련되는 가스켓 절단부; 상기 자동 투입부에 의해 상기 고정바 이송부로 진입하는 상기 유리 고정바의 단부를 감지하기 위한 제1 진입감지센서와, 상기 가스켓 절단위치로 진입한 상기 유리 고정바의 단부를 감지하기 위한 제2 진입감지센서를 포함하는 감지부; 및 상기 자동 투입부를 구동 제어하고, 상기 감지부가 감지한 상기 유리 고정바의 감지여부를 토대로 상기 고정바 이송부와 상기 가스켓 공급부 및 상기 가스켓 절단부를 구동 제어하도록 상기 몸체 내부에 마련되는 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
