TUNNEL USING SHOTCRETE REINFORCED TEXTILE GRID REINFORCEMENT TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a tunnel using textile-reinforced shotcrete and a tunnel construction method. According to the present invention disclosed, after installing a textile grid reinforcing material on a tunnel excavation surface using a grid fixing device, rock bolts are installed together using the grid fixing device for rock bolts so that an amount of shotcrete can be reduced by secondary shotcrete that acts as one body with the textile grid reinforcing material by being combined with the same, while a load acting from the ground ca be effectively supported. The tunnel using textile-reinforced shotcrete includes a textile grid reinforcement; a rock bolt; and secondary shotcrete.
터널굴착면에 텍스타일 그리드 보강재를 그리드 고정장치를 이용하여 설치한 후, 락볼트용 그리드 고정장치를 이용하여 락볼트를 함께 설치하여, 텍스타일 그리드 보강재와 결합되어 일체로 거동하는 2차 숏크리트 에 의하여 숏크리트 타설량을 감소시킬 수 있으면서도 지반으로부터 작용하는 하중을 효과적으로 지지할 수 있는 텍스타일 보강 숏크리트를 이용한 터널 및 터널 시공방법이 개시된다.
