Provided is a road crusher. The road crusher, which is mounted to heavy equipment to crush a road surface by rotation, includes: a mounting frame which is provided with a hooking unit to be mounted to a front side of heavy equipment; a drum case which is coupled to the mounting frame; a hydraulic unit which is formed to enable the drum case to rotate upward and downward and rightward and leftward while fixing the drum case and the mounting frame; a crushing body which is installed inside the drum case to rotate; a motor unit which is coupled to one end of the drum case and is connected to the crushing body to rotate the crushing body; and a central shaft which is connected from the motor unit, is connected to penetrate the center of the crushing body inside the drum case, transfers rotation power of the motor unit to the crushing body to rotate the crushing body, and extends in a first direction. The crushing body includes: a body fixing unit which is connected to the central shaft; a plurality of support units which are spaced apart from each other and protrude in a direction vertical to the first direction in the body fixing unit; a plurality of auxiliary shafts which connect between adjacent support units and are disposed to be spaced apart from the body fixing unit; and a plurality of crushing bits which have a central part penetrating the plurality of auxiliary shafts to be coupled thereto and are rotatable based on the auxiliary shafts.
도로 파쇄장치를 제공한다. 도로 파쇄장치는 중장비에 장착되어 회전에 의해 도로 표면을 파쇄하는 도로 파쇄장치에 있어서, 중장비 전방에 장착되도록 걸림부가 구비된 장착 프레임, 상기 장착 프레임에 결합되는 드럼 케이스, 상기 드럼 케이스와 상기 장착 프레임을 고정하면서 상기 드럼 케이스가 상하좌우 방향으로 회동가능하도록 형성된 유압부, 상기 드럼 케이스 내부에 축설되어 회전하는 파쇄몸체, 상기 드럼 케이스 일단에 결합되고 상기 파쇄몸체에 연결되어 상기 파쇄몸체를 회전시키는 모터부, 및 상기 모터부에서 연결되어 상기 드럼 케이스 내측에서 상기 파쇄몸체의 중심을 관통하여 연결되고 상기 모터부의 회전력을 상기 파쇄몸체에 전달하여 상기 파쇄몸체를 회전시키며 제 1방향으로 연장된 중심축을 포함하되, 상기 파쇄몸체는 상기 중심축과 연결되는 몸체고정부, 상기 몸체고정부에서 상기 제 1방향에 수직한 방향으로 서로 이격되어 돌출되는 복수의 지지부, 인접하는 지지부 사이를 연결하되 상기 몸체고정부와 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 보조축, 및 상기 복수의 보조축에 중심부가 관통되어 결합되고 상기 보조축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 복수의 파쇄비트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Provided is a road crusher. The road crusher, which is mounted to heavy equipment to crush a road surface by rotation, includes: a mounting frame which is provided with a hooking unit to be mounted to a front side of heavy equipment; a drum case which is coupled to the mounting frame; a hydraulic unit which is formed to enable the drum case to rotate upward and downward and rightward and leftward while fixing the drum case and the mounting frame; a crushing body which is installed inside the drum case to rotate; a motor unit which is coupled to one end of the drum case and is connected to the crushing body to rotate the crushing body; and a central shaft which is connected from the motor unit, is connected to penetrate the center of the crushing body inside the drum case, transfers rotation power of the motor unit to the crushing body to rotate the crushing body, and extends in a first direction. The crushing body includes: a body fixing unit which is connected to the central shaft; a plurality of support units which are spaced apart from each other and protrude in a direction vertical to the first direction in the body fixing unit; a plurality of auxiliary shafts which connect between adjacent support units and are disposed to be spaced apart from the body fixing unit; and a plurality of crushing bits which have a central part penetrating the plurality of auxiliary shafts to be coupled thereto and are rotatable based on the auxiliary shafts.
도로 파쇄장치를 제공한다. 도로 파쇄장치는 중장비에 장착되어 회전에 의해 도로 표면을 파쇄하는 도로 파쇄장치에 있어서, 중장비 전방에 장착되도록 걸림부가 구비된 장착 프레임, 상기 장착 프레임에 결합되는 드럼 케이스, 상기 드럼 케이스와 상기 장착 프레임을 고정하면서 상기 드럼 케이스가 상하좌우 방향으로 회동가능하도록 형성된 유압부, 상기 드럼 케이스 내부에 축설되어 회전하는 파쇄몸체, 상기 드럼 케이스 일단에 결합되고 상기 파쇄몸체에 연결되어 상기 파쇄몸체를 회전시키는 모터부, 및 상기 모터부에서 연결되어 상기 드럼 케이스 내측에서 상기 파쇄몸체의 중심을 관통하여 연결되고 상기 모터부의 회전력을 상기 파쇄몸체에 전달하여 상기 파쇄몸체를 회전시키며 제 1방향으로 연장된 중심축을 포함하되, 상기 파쇄몸체는 상기 중심축과 연결되는 몸체고정부, 상기 몸체고정부에서 상기 제 1방향에 수직한 방향으로 서로 이격되어 돌출되는 복수의 지지부, 인접하는 지지부 사이를 연결하되 상기 몸체고정부와 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 보조축, 및 상기 복수의 보조축에 중심부가 관통되어 결합되고 상기 보조축을 중심으로 회전 가능한 복수의 파쇄비트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
