The present invention provides a multifunctional special purpose vehicle capable of long-term snow removing work by changing removed snow into water. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multifunctional special purpose vehicle using eco-friendly energy includes: a solar module generating electric energy; an electricity generating unit including a hydrogen and electricity generating module; a suction unit for sucking waste of fallen leaves and the like and snow on a road; a heating unit connected to the suction unit and changing the snow flowing inside through the suction unit into a liquid state; a heating device providing heat for the heating unit; a water storing unit storing the snow changed into the liquid state by the heating unit; and a filter unit positioned between the heating unit and the water storing unit and discharging foreign substances to the outside by separating the foreign substances except for water.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 친환경 에너지를 이용한 다기능 특장차는 태양광 모듈을 포함하고 전기에너지를 생성하는 태양광 모듈과, 수소 및 전기발생모듈을 포함하는 전기발생부와, 도로에 쌓인 눈 또는 낙엽등의 쓰레기를 흡입하기 위한 흡입부와, 상기 흡입부와 연통되고 흡입부를 통해 유입된 눈을 액체상태로 전환시키기 위한 히팅부와, 상기 히팅부에 열을 제공하는 가열장치와, 상기 히팅부에서 액체상태로 전환된 눈을 저장하는 물저장부와, 상기 히팅부와 상기 물저장부 사이에 위치되고, 물을 제외한 이물질을 분리하여 외부로 배출하기 위한 필터부를 포함한다.
