SAFETY LOCKOUT SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a safety locking system and an operating method thereof, which can protect workers from unexpected operations during the inspection and repair work of machinery and facilities on industrial sites. To this end, the safety locking system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a locking type remote switch box which is installed around a facility which can block an energy source within a working space; and a blocking device which is electrically connected to the locking type remote switch box. The blocking device comprises: a processor; and a memory which is operationally connected to the processor, and stores at least one code executed in the processor. The memory may store a code which causes to output an authentication completion signal to the locking type remote switch box as, when the memory is executed by means of the processor, the processor receives a blocking request signal with respect to the energy source from the locking type remote switch box, blocks the energy source according to the reception of the blocking request signal, and authenticates whether the energy source is completely blocked, such that the energy source is completely blocked by means of authentication.
본 발명은 산업 현장에서 기계장치, 설비 등의 점검 및 보수작업 시 불시가동으로부터 작업자를 보호하는 안전 잠금 시스템 및 그의 동작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 실시 예에 따른 안전 잠금 시스템은, 작업 공간 내에서 에너지원을 차단할 수 있는 설비 주변에 설치된 잠금식 원격 스위치 박스 및 잠금식 원격 스위치 박스와 전기적으로 연결된 차단 장치를 포함하고, 차단 장치는, 프로세서 및 프로세서와 동작 가능하게 연결되고 프로세서에서 수행되는 적어도 하나의 코드를 저장하는 메모리를 포함하고, 메모리는 프로세서를 통해 실행될 때, 프로세서가 잠금식 원격 스위치 박스로부터 에너지원에 대한 차단 요청 신호를 수신하고, 차단 요청 신호의 수신에 대응하여, 에너지원을 차단시키고, 에너지원의 차단 완료 여부를 검증하고, 검증에 의해 에너지원이 차단 완료됨에 따라 잠금식 원격 스위치 박스로 검증 완료 신호를 출력하도록 야기하는 코드를 저장할 수 있다.
