The backward flowing prevention system of manhole
The present invention relates to a backflow prevention system of a manhole, comprising: a manhole (100) provided around a building or a road to drain rainwater, and provided with a manhole cover (120) detachably assembled on the upper surface thereof and a drain (101) of a prescribed diameter on the bottom thereof; a chamber housing (110) formed in a potbellied shape on the lower end around the drain (101) of the manhole (100), and provided with a connection flange (140) and an outlet (102) on the lower surface thereof; a sewer pipe (200) having an inlet (211) and a flange (210) coupled to the connection flange (140) of the chamber housing (110) while buried at a prescribed depth in the ground to introduce rainwater through the manhole (100); and a buoyancy ball (130) installed in the chamber housing (110), opening the outlet (102) when rainwater flows into the manhole (100), and rising by buoyancy when water of the sewer pipe (200) flows backward to block the drain (101). When water does not flow into the manhole (100), the buoyancy ball (130) blocks the outlet (102). If the water of the sewer pipe (200) flows backward to the chamber housing (110), the buoyancy ball (130) blocks the drain of the manhole to prevent backflow.
본 발명은 맨홀의 역류 방지 시세템에 관한 것으로서, 빗물의 배수를 위해 도로나 건물 주변에 구비되며, 상면에는 맨홀덮개(120)가 탈착식으로 조립되고 바닥에 소정 구경의 배수구(101)가 구비되는 맨홀(100); 맨홀(100)의 배수구(101)를 중심으로 그 하단에 배불뚝이 형태로 구비되며, 저면에 배출구(102)와 연결플랜지(140)가 구비된 챔버 하우징(110); 땅 속에 소정 깊이로 매립된 상태에서 챔버 하우징(110)의 연결플랜지(140)와 결합되는 플랜지(210)와 유입구(211)가 구비되어 맨홀(100)을 통해 빗물이 유입되는 하수관(200); 챔버 하우징(110) 내부에 설치되며, 맨홀(100)로 빗물이 유입될 때는 배출구(102)를 열어주고, 하수관(200)의 물이 역류될 때는 부력으로 상승되어 배수구(101)를 막아주는 부력볼(130);로 구성되어 맨홀(100)로 물이 유입되지 않는 때는 부력볼(130)이 배출구(102)를 막아주고, 하수관(200)의 물이 챔버 하우징(110)으로 역류될 경우는 부력볼(130)이 맨홀의 배수구를 막아주어 역류됨이 방지되게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

If the water of the sewer pipe (200) flows backward to the chamber housing (110), the buoyancy ball (130) blocks the drain of the manhole to prevent backflow.
본 발명은 맨홀의 역류 방지 시세템에 관한 것으로서, 빗물의 배수를 위해 도로나 건물 주변에 구비되며, 상면에는 맨홀덮개(120)가 탈착식으로 조립되고 바닥에 소정 구경의 배수구(101)가 구비되는 맨홀(100); 맨홀(100)의 배수구(101)를 중심으로 그 하단에 배불뚝이 형태로 구비되며, 저면에 배출구(102)와 연결플랜지(140)가 구비된 챔버 하우징(110); 땅 속에 소정 깊이로 매립된 상태에서 챔버 하우징(110)의 연결플랜지(140)와 결합되는 플랜지(210)와 유입구(211)가 구비되어 맨홀(100)을 통해 빗물이 유입되는 하수관(200); 챔버 하우징(110) 내부에 설치되며, 맨홀(100)로 빗물이 유입될 때는 배출구(102)를 열어주고, 하수관(200)의 물이 역류될 때는 부력으로 상승되어 배수구(101)를 막아주는 부력볼(130);로 구성되어 맨홀(100)로 물이 유입되지 않는 때는 부력볼(130)이 배출구(102)를 막아주고, 하수관(200)의 물이 챔버 하우징(110)으로 역류될 경우는 부력볼(130)이 맨홀의 배수구를 막아주어 역류됨이 방지되게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
