Fabrication method of scandia stabilized zirconia electrolyte

A method for manufacturing a Scandia-stabilized zirconia electrolyte using a reactive sintering method according to the present invention includes: a first step of manufacturing mixed powder by mixing regenerated Scandia-stabilized zirconia powder, complex hydrates including scandium and rare earth metals, and zirconia powder; a second step of manufacturing a molded body by molding the mixed powder; and a third step of sintering the molded body.

본 발명에 의한 반응소결법을 이용한 스칸디아 안정화 지르코니아 전해질의 제조방법은 재생 스칸디아 안정화 지르코니아 분말; 스칸듐과 희토류 금속을 포함하는 복합 수화물; 및 지르코니아 분말;을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 제 1단계; 상기 혼합분말을 성형하여 성형체를 제조하는 제 2단계; 및 상기 성형체를 소결하는 제 3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
