Roof frame
The present invention relates to a roof frame that enables the implementation of a long-span space frame without temporary supports and can omit a separate purlin installation process by combining upper and lower layers of an H-beam spaced apart from each other vertically by a space bar whose end is coupled to a gusset plate protruding on one side of the H-beam. The roof frame of the present invention comprises: an upper layer in which a plurality of H-beams are spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction; a lower layer vertically spaced below the upper layer and provided with a plurality of H-beams spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction so as to be positioned between the H-beams of the upper layer in a plan view; a plurality of space bars interconnecting the H-beams of the upper layer and the H-beams of the lower layer; and a joint provided on one side of the H-beam and including a plurality of gusset plates whose outer end protrudes outward from the side of the H-beam to allow the end of the space bar to be coupled thereto.
본 발명은 상하로 이격 배치되는 H형강인 상하부 레이어가 H형강의 일측에 돌출 구비된 거셋플레이트에 단부가 결합되는 스페이스바에 의하여 결합됨으로써, 가설 서포트 없이 장스팬 스페이스 프레임 구현이 가능하고, 별도의 펄린 설치 공정을 생략할 수 있는 지붕 프레임에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 지붕 프레임은 복수의 H형강이 수평 방향으로 상호 이격되게 구비되는 상부 레이어; 상기 상부 레이어의 하부에 수직 방향으로 이격되는 것으로 평면상 상기 상부 레이어의 H형강 사이에 위치하도록 복수의 H형강이 수평 방향으로 상호 이격되게 구비되는 하부 레이어; 상기 상부 레이어의 H형강과 하부 레이어의 H형강을 상호 연결하는 복수의 스페이스바; 및 상기 H형강의 일측에 구비되는 것으로 외측 단부가 H형강의 측면 외측으로 돌출되어 스페이스바의 단부가 결합되는 복수의 거셋플레이트를 포함하여 구성되는 접합구; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
