The present invention relates to an eco-friendly and harmful substances-free asphalt-concrete manufacturing system, which comprises: first and second material storage units; a first material heating unit, in which a first heating burner provided in a first dryer for providing a drum-shaped space in which a first material can be received, heated, and dried, and capable of heating the first material, receives all of harmful and odorous gases generated in a mixing unit to incinerate and remove the same, and in which multiple harmful gas combustion burners are distributed and disposed to receive a harmful gas generated when recycled aggregate, which is a second material, is heated, and incinerate and remove the same after distributing the same to the plurality of harmful gas combustion burners; a second material heating unit having a second heating burner provided in a second dryer for providing a drum-shaped space in which the second material can be received, heated, and dried, and capable of heating the second material; a dust gas deodorizing unit for removing the harmful and odorous gases by reacting the same with chlorine dioxide supplied from a chlorine dioxide generator; a heating material transport unit for sending the first heating material and the second heating material by using a transport device; a heating material sorting unit for sorting and weighing the first heating material and the second heating material by size and by using a vibrating screen; a dust material storage unit for receiving and storing the dust separated from the dust gas deodorizing unit; an additive storage unit for storing additives required for manufacturing asphalt-concrete; an asphalt storage unit for storing molten asphalt liquid; the mixing unit for weighing the first and second materials according to the amount of work to make asphalt-concrete and sending the generated harmful and odorous gases to the first heating burner; a delivery unit for delivering the asphalt-concrete sent from the mixing unit; and a control unit for managing and controlling all processes from the preparation of the materials. Therefore, harmful substances may be efficiently removed.
