Manufacturing method for pottery decorated with pearl mark
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing pottery that leverages the inlay technique and provides a place for attaching mother-of-pearl using the level difference between the pottery and the glaze resulting from glaze application. The method thus can increase work efficiency while presenting a simple process compared to existing production processes, and can produce high-quality pottery decorated with mother-of-pearl. The manufacturing method comprises: a first step of bisque firing the pottery after molding; a second step of masking the area where mother-of-pearl will be affixed on the surface of the pottery after the first step; a third step of applying glaze to the pottery after the second step; a fourth step of glaze firing the pottery after the third step; a fifth step of removing the masking from the surface of the pottery after the fourth step and applying adhesive to the same area; a sixth step of attaching the mother-of-pearl to the adhesive application site after the fifth step; and a seventh step of applying a coating solution and drying after the sixth step.
본 발명은 상감기법을 착안하면서 유약시유에 따른 도자 기물과 유약과의 단차를 이용하여 자개 부착자리를 마련함으로써, 기존의 제작 공정에 비해 간단한 공정을 제시하면서도 작업 효율성을 높일 수 있음과 함께 자개가 형성된 양품의 도자기를 제작할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 도자기를 성형 후 초벌구이하는 1단계와, 상기 1단계를 거친 도자기 표면에 자개가 형성될 자리를 마스킹하는 2단계와, 상기 2단계를 거친 도자기에 유약을 시유하는 3단계와, 상기 3단계를 거친 도자기를 재벌구이하는 4단계와, 상기 4단계를 거친 도자기 표면에 마스킹을 제거하고 그 자리에 접착제를 도포하는 5단계, 상기 5단계를 거친 후 접착제 도포 자리에 자개를 부착하는 6단계, 상기 6단계를 거친 후 코팅액으로 도포하고 건조하는 7단계를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
