In the present invention, disclosed is a road traffic facility comprising a post installed to stand on the ground around a road; horizontal members connected to an upper portion of the post and disposed in a direction crossing the road; and a light emitting unit provided on the outer surface of at least one selected from among the post and the horizontal members to emit light in a low light environment.
본 발명은 도로 주변의 지면에 세워지게 설치되는 기둥; 상기 기둥의 상부에 연결되어 도로를 가로지르는 방향으로 배치된 가로부재; 및 상기 기둥 및 상기 가로부재 중 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 외부면에 구비되어 어두운 조명환경에서 빛을 내는 발광부;를 포함하는 도로교통시설물을 개시한다.
