Curved panels for stress distribution
The present invention relates to a stress-distributing curved plate for gang form attachment which fixes a curved plate body formed in an inverted L-shape by continuously connecting a vertical flat part, a curved part, and a horizontal flat part on a gang form installed for wall construction by using a fixing bolt to accurately maintain the installation position of a stress-distributing curved plate, thereby effectively controlling diagonal tension cracks of opening part corners. The stress-distributing curved plate for gang form attachment is buried in opening part corners of a wall to distribute corner concentration stress and comprises: a curved plate body consisting of a vertical flat part provided in a vertical direction, a horizontal flat part provided in a direction perpendicular to the vertical flat part, and a curved part formed in an arc shape to connect ends of the horizontal flat part and the vertical flat part; and a fixing bolt wherein one end thereof penetrates a gang form to be fixed, and the inside of the curved plate body is fixed to be supported thereon.
본 발명은 수직 평면부와 곡면부 및 수평 평면부가 연속되어 ㄱ자 형상으로 형성되는 곡면판 본체를 고정볼트를 이용하여 벽체 시공을 위해 설치되는 갱폼에 고정함으로써 응력분산 곡면판의 설치 위치를 정확하게 유지하고, 이에 따라 개구부 모서리의 사인장 균열을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 갱폼 부착형 응력분산 곡면판에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 갱폼 부착형 응력분산 곡면판은 갱폼에 의해 시공되는 벽체의 개구부 모서리 내부에 매립되어 모서리 집중 응력을 분산시키기 위한 것으로, 수직 방향으로 구비되는 수직 평면부와, 상기 수직 평면부와 직교하는 방향으로 구비되는 수평 평면부와, 원호 형상으로 형성되어 상기 수직 평면부와 수평 평면부의 단부를 연결하는 곡면부로 구성되는 곡면판 본체; 및 일단이 갱폼을 관통하여 고정되는 것으로, 상기 곡면판 본체의 내측이 고정되어 지지되는 고정볼트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
