MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BUILDING MATERIAL USING SHELL BUILDING MATERIAL MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a building material using shells, and a building material manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of a building material using shells according to the present invention comprises: a first step of producing shell powder by crushing shells; a second step of washing the shell powder with vinegar and water; a third step of preparing a mixed raw material by mixing the washed shell powder, cement and sand in a weight ratio of 20 to 30 : 20 to 30 : 40 to 60; and a fourth step of performing semi-wet mixing on the mixed raw material and water at a weight ratio of 1 : 1 to 3, and then molding the same into a building material having a certain shape.
본 발명은 패각을 이용한 건축자재의 제조방법, 이에 의해 제조되는 건축자재에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 패각을 파쇄하여 패각분말을 제조하는 제1단계; 패각분말을 식초 및 물을 이용하여 세척하는 제2단계; 세척된 패각분말, 시멘트 및 모래를 20 내지 30 : 20 내지 30 : 40 내지 60 중량비율로 혼합하여 혼합원료를 제조하는 제3단계; 혼합원료와 물을 1 : 1 내지 3의 중량비율로 반습식 혼합한 후 일정 형상의 건축자재로 성형하는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
