The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a non-combustible insulation material using water glass, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a non-combustible insulation material that is uniformly foamed by forming water glass into particles and then heat-treating the same to be foamed. The method for manufacturing a non-combustible insulation material using water glass according to the present invention comprises: a concentrating step of reducing the moisture in liquid water glass, to obtain a water glass paste in a paste form; and a foaming step of heat-treating and foaming the water glass paste. In addition, in the foaming step, the water glass paste is granulated and then heat-treated so that the foaming can be uniformly realized.

본 발명은 물유리를 이용한 불연성 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 물유리를 입자화시킨 후 열처리하여 발포시킴으로써 형태가 균일하게 발포되는 불연성 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 물유리를 이용한 불연성 단열재의 제조방법은 액상의 물유리 중의 수분을 감소시켜 페이스트 형태의 물유리 페이스트를 수득하는 농축단계와, 물유리 페이스트를 열처리하여 발포시키는 발포단계를 포함한다. 그리고 발포단계에서 발포가 균일하게 이루어질 수 있도록 물유리 페이스트를 입자화시킨 후 열처리한다.
