The invention provides a dental prosthesis and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: a zirconia core unit forming step of processing zirconia (ZrO2) into the desired prosthesis shape and then placing it inside a prosthesis; a zirconia slurry application step of applying a zirconia slurry produced including zirconia powder to the outer peripheral surface of the zirconia core unit; a surface roughening step of sintering the zirconia core unit to which the zirconia slurry is applied and attaching the zirconia powder to the surface of the zirconia core unit to form a rough surface; a liner application step of applying a liner to the surface of the zirconia core unit having a rough surface; and a lithium disilicate injection step of injecting lithium disilicate (LS2) into the upper part of the liner to form the outer surface of the prosthesis. Accordingly, the present invention can produce an excellent dental prosthesis.
본 발명은 지르코니아(ZrO2)를 가공하여 원하는 보철물의 형태로 성형한 후, 보철물의 내부에 위치시키는 지르코니아 코어 부 성형단계; 지르코니아 분말을 포함하여 생성된 지르코니아 슬러리를 지르코니아 코어부의 외주면에 도포하는 지르코니아 슬러리 도포단계; 상기 지르코니아 슬러리가 도포된 지르코니아 코어부를 소결 처리하여, 지르코니아 코어부의 표면에 지르코니아 분말을 일체로 부착시켜 표면을 거칠게 형성하는 표면 러프화 단계; 표면이 거칠게 형성된 지르코니아 코어부의 표면에 라이너를 도포하는 라이너 도포단계; 및 상기 라이너의 상부에 리튬 디실리케이트(LS2)를 주입하여 보철물의 외면을 형성하는 리튬 디실리케이트 주입단계;를 포함하는 치과용 보철물 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
