The present invention is to provide a food waste dry grinder for a food waste disposer, which comprises: a drying bin forming a drying space inside to accommodate food waste input from the outside; a grinding unit provided in the drying space and including a first grinding blade and a second grinding blade provided to grind the food waste accommodated in the drying space by rotation; and a base plate provided at a lower end of the drying bin and configured to discharge the pulverized food waste out of the drying bin. According to the present invention, the grinding unit which rotates the two grinding blades in opposite directions and grinds the food waste in an area adjacent to the rotation center is provided, thereby achieving excellent grinding performance compared to the same output. The grinding blades of the grinding unit are used to grind the food waste and clean the inside of the drying bin or easily discharge the ground food waste and wastewater to the outside.
본 발명은, 내부에 외부로부터 투입되는 음식물을 수용하는 건조공간을 형성하는 건조통; 상기 건조공간에 구비되어 회전에 의해 상기 건조공간에 수용된 상기 음식물을 분쇄하도록 구비되는 제1분쇄날과 제2분쇄날을 포함하는 분쇄부; 및 상기 건조통의 하단부에 구비되고, 분쇄된 상기 음식물을 상기 건조통 외부로 배출하도록 구비되는 베이스플레이트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 처리 장치용 음식물 건조분쇄기를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 두 개의 분쇄날을 서로 반대방향으로 회전시키면서 음식물이 회전 중심에 인접한 부분에서 분쇄되도록 구성한 분쇄부를 구비하여 동일 출력 대비 분쇄 성능이 뛰어나며, 분쇄부의 분쇄날을 이용하여 음식물을 분쇄하는 것뿐만 아니라 건조통 내부를 청소하거나 분쇄된 음식물 및 폐수를 외부로 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있다.
