UNSUPPORTED FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SOCKET MEMBER
An unsupported formwork construction method using a socket member is disclosed to exclude a supporting post when constructing a bridge pier using an unsupported formwork. The unsupported formwork construction method using the socket member according to the present invention comprises a first construction step of mounting and connecting a plurality of girders to a bridge substructure, a second construction step of preparing an unsupported formwork excluding a supporting post in at least one of locations where the girders and the bridge substructure meet, a third construction step of pouring and curing deck concrete on the bridge superstructure, and a fourth construction step of dismantling a supporting post and a formwork including the unsupported formwork.
소켓부재를 이용한 무지보 거푸집 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 소켓부재를 이용한 무지보 거푸집 시공방법은, 교량 하부구조물에 다수 개의 거더를 거치하고 연결하는 제1 시공단계, 거더와 교량 하부구조물이 만나는 곳 중 적어도 하나의 부분에 동바리가 배제된 무지보 거푸집을 마련하는 제2 시공단계, 교량 상부구조물에 바닥판 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하는 제3 시공단계, 무지보 거푸집을 포함하는 거푸집과 동바리를 해체하는 제4 시공단계를 포함한다.
