The present invention relates to a nanobubble dishwasher, wherein nanobubbles are applied to be especially suitable for a dishwasher which uses tap water to wash dishes, thereby maximizing the efficiency of washing dishes. To this end, the nanobubble dishwasher comprises: a washing device including a washing chamber therein and a spray nozzle for spraying washing water to wash dishes accommodated in the washing chamber; and a bubble generator configured to supply nanobubble water, in which fine bubbles are dissolved, through the spray nozzle. The bubble generator includes: a pump means including a pump housing which has an inflow port for allowing water to flow in, an outflow port for allowing water to flow out, and a pump chamber for forming the pump pressure for water between the inflow port and the outflow port and a pump impeller which rotates by receiving the rotational force from a pump motor and forms the pump pressure in the pump chamber, wherein the pump motor is provided in the pump chamber and configured to generate the rotational force by receiving power controlled by a control means for controlling the power of a power supply unit; and a dissolution means including a supply port for allowing mixed water, which is a mixture of water pumped through the pump means and having a transfer pressure and air supplied from the outside, to be supplied, a drainage port for allowing the mixed water to be discharged to the outside, and a dissolution space disposed between the supply port and the drainage port and sealed against the outside to create the dissolution pressure of air against the mixed water.
본 발명은, 수돗물을 용수로 하여 식기를 세척하도록 된 식기세척기에 특히 적합하게 적용되어 식기의 세척효율을 극대화하도록; 내부에 세척실이 구비되며 상기 세척실에 수용된 식기를 세척할 수 있게 세척수를 분사하는 분사노즐이 구비되는 세척장치와; 상기 분사노즐로 미세기포가 용해된 나노버블수를 공급하도록 된 버블발생장치;를 포함하여 이루어지는 나노버블 식기세척기에 있어서; 상기 버블발생장치는, 용수가 유입되는 유입구와 토출되는 배출구 및 상기 유입구와 상기 배출구의 사이에 용수에 대한 펌프압을 형성하도록 된 펌프실을 가지는 펌프하우징과, 상기 펌프실에 구비되며 전원공급부의 전원을 제어하도록 된 제어수단의 제어된 전원을 공급받아 회전력을 발생하도록 된 펌프모터의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하여 상기 펌프실에 펌프압을 형성하는 펌프임펠러를 가지는 펌프수단과; 상기 펌프수단을 통해 펌프되어 이송압력을 가지는 용수와 외부에서 공급되는 공기가 혼합된 혼합수가 공급되는 공급구와 외부로 토출하는 배수구 및 상기 공급구와 상기 배수구의 사이에 외부에 대하여 밀폐되어 혼합수에 대한 공기의 용해압력을 형성하도록 된 용해공간이 구비된 용해수단을 포함하는 나노버블이 적용된 식기세척기를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a nanobubble dishwasher, wherein nanobubbles are applied to be especially suitable for a dishwasher which uses tap water to wash dishes, thereby maximizing the efficiency of washing dishes. To this end, the nanobubble dishwasher comprises: a washing device including a washing chamber therein and a spray nozzle for spraying washing water to wash dishes accommodated in the washing chamber; and a bubble generator configured to supply nanobubble water, in which fine bubbles are dissolved, through the spray nozzle. The bubble generator includes: a pump means including a pump housing which has an inflow port for allowing water to flow in, an outflow port for allowing water to flow out, and a pump chamber for forming the pump pressure for water between the inflow port and the outflow port and a pump impeller which rotates by receiving the rotational force from a pump motor and forms the pump pressure in the pump chamber, wherein the pump motor is provided in the pump chamber and configured to generate the rotational force by receiving power controlled by a control means for controlling the power of a power supply unit; and a dissolution means including a supply port for allowing mixed water, which is a mixture of water pumped through the pump means and having a transfer pressure and air supplied from the outside, to be supplied, a drainage port for allowing the mixed water to be discharged to the outside, and a dissolution space disposed between the supply port and the drainage port and sealed against the outside to create the dissolution pressure of air against the mixed water.
