The present invention relates to a functional road with a direction indicator unit which, in a road with a plurality of driving lanes, comprises: a first driving lane with a direction indicator unit formed along a right edge to indicate that the driving lane is for turning right; a second driving lane with a direction indicator unit formed along a left edge to indicate that the driving lane is for turning left; and a display unit having a display surface for displaying road traffic signs. The display surface is inclined to the surface of the driving lanes, so the road traffic signs can be visible in a driving direction. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if a driver has not seen a road traffic sign such as a direction indicator arrow on a complex road or a road with fog, the driver can easily recognize that a driving lane is for turning right or turning left, and can properly select a driving lane. In addition, there is the display unit having an inclined display surface formed on the surface of the driving lane, so that the driver can easily recognize road traffic signs.
본 발명은, 복수개의 주행로가 형성된 도로에 있어서, 우측가장자리를 따라 방향지시부가 형성되어 우회전을 위한 주행로임을 표시하는 제1주행로; 좌측가장자리를 따라 방향지시부가 형성되어 좌회전을 위한 주행로임을 표시하는 제2주행로; 및 도로교통표지를 표시하는 표시면을 구비한 표시부;를 포함하고, 상기 표시면은 주행로 표면에 대해 경사지게 형성되어 도로교통표지가 주행방향에서 시인되는, 방향지시부가 구비된 기능성도로를 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 운전자가 복잡한 도로나 안개가 낀 도로에서 바향지시화살표와 같은 도로교통표지를 보지 못하였을 경우에도 쉽게 우회전 또는 좌회전을 위한 주행로임을 인식할 수 있게 되어 적절히 주행로를 선택할 수 있게 되고, 주행로 표면에 대해 경사지게 형성된 표시면을 구비한 표시부에 의해 운전자가 도로교통표지를 쉽게 인식할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
