APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PRESTRESSED PRECAST HOLLOW CORE SLAB
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a prestressed precast hollow slab, in which individual tensioning is possible and a hollow part can be easily formed while a steel wire is simply installed by a manufacturing device with a simple mold structure. The apparatus for manufacturing a slab comprises: a mold part (10) for forming a slab; a pair of side supports (20) attached to both sides of the mold part (10); a horizontal reaction bar (30) attached between rear ends of the side supports (20); an inclined reaction bar (40) obliquely attached between front ends of the side supports (20); a front end guide member (50) attached to a front end of the mold part (10) toward a rear of the inclined reaction bar (40); a rear end guide member (60) attached to a rear end of the mold part (10) toward a front of the horizontal reaction bar (30); and a plurality of lower supports (70) attached to a lower surface of the mold part (10).
본 발명은 개별 인장이 가능하고 간단한 몰드 구조의 제조 장치를 통해 강선의 설치가 간편하게 이루어진 상태로 중공부를 손쉽게 형성할 수 있도록 하는 프리스트레스가 도입된 프리캐스트 중공 슬래브 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 슬래브 제조 장치는 슬래브를 성형하기 위한 몰드부(10)와, 상기 몰드부(10)의 양측면에 부착되는 한 쌍의 측면지지대(20)와, 상기 측면지지대(20)의 후단 사이에 부착되는 수평반력대(30)와, 상기 측면지지대(20)의 선단 사이에 경사지게 부착되는 경사반력대(40)와, 상기 경사반력대(40)의 후방으로 상기 몰드부(10)의 선단에 부착되는 선단가이드부재(50)와, 상기 수평반력대(30)의 전방으로 상기 몰드부(10)의 후단에 부착되는 후단가이드부재(60)와, 상기 몰드부(10)의 하면에 부착되는 다수의 하부지지대(70)를 포함한다.
