The present invention provides a prefabricated modular unit for road pavement and a structure for road pavement including the same, wherein the prefabricated modular unit for road pavement comprises a base part which supports the ground and has a plurality of engaging protrusions protruding at predetermined intervals; a plurality of vertical connecting bars which have engaging grooves coupled to the engaging protrusions and have a slide hole formed at least in part; a cover part coupled to the vertical connecting bars and arranged in parallel to the base part; and an insertion plate part inserted to the slide hole. According to the present invention, a modular unit for road pavement is improved to have a structure capable of collecting water, so as to reduce the damage of flood or the like.
