PYROLYSIS METHOD OF WASTE PLASTICS USING WASTE RESOURCES
The present invention provides a manufacturing method of waste plastic pyrolysis oil which comprises a pyrolysis process of manufacturing pyrolysis oil by inputting waste plastic and a slag composition into a pyrolysis reactor. The slag composition comprises: 30 to 60 wt% of calcium oxide based on the total weight; 5 to 30 wt% of iron oxide; and 0.5 to 30 wt% of at least one selected from silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and magnesium oxide.
본 발명은 폐플라스틱 및 슬래그 조성물을 열분해 반응기에 투입하여 열분해유를 제조하는 열분해 공정을 포함하고, 상기 슬래그 조성물은 총 중량에 대하여, 칼슘 산화물 30 내지 60 중량%; 철 산화물 5 내지 30 중량%; 및 규소산화물, 알루미늄 산화물 및 마그네슘 산화물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 0.5 내지 30 중량%;를 포함하는, 폐플라스틱 열분해유의 제조방법을 제공한다.
