A window-type ventilation device with improved cooling performance is disclosed. The window-type ventilation device with improved cooling performance according to the present invention includes: a first casing installed between a window and a wall and formed with an indoor-side intake for indoor air to be introduced from indoors and an outdoor-side intake for outdoor air to be introduced from outdoors; a ventilation module including a total heat exchange element for heat exchange between indoor air and outdoor air introduced into the first casing; a second casing arranged to be in communication with the ventilation module of the first casing; and a cooling module including a condenser and evaporator for cooling the air to a predetermined temperature before the outdoor air is heat exchanged by the total heat exchange element and supplied to the room. The heat-exchanged outdoor air is supplied to the cooling module to exchange heat with the evaporator, and the heat-exchanged indoor air is supplied to the cooling module to exchange heat with the condenser. Accordingly, It is possible to solve the insufficient cooling heat of the ventilation module using only a total heat exchange element.
