The present invention relates to a composition for repair and reinforcement of an exposed concrete structure. The composition for repair and reinforcement of an exposed concrete structure according to the present invention includes white cement, Portland cement, stone dust, polyurethane prepolymer, a PMMA resin composition, an acid value regulator, heat insulating pigment, heat dissipating pigment, 2,6-dimethylheptan-4-one, gypsum, rubber, mixing water, an anti-freeze agent, an admixture, and 1,3-bis(aminomethyl)benzene. The composition for repair and reinforcement of an exposed concrete structure according to the present invention is applied and used on a surface of an exposed concrete structure after construction using exposed concrete method or during repair. Accordingly, any sense of difference with the surface of the concrete structure is prevented and physical properties such as adhesion, tensile strength, bending strength, and impact resistance are improved, and stability and durability of the structure can be secured.
본 발명은 노출콘크리트 구조물 보수보강재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 노출콘크리트 구조물 보수보강재 조성물은 백시멘트, 포틀랜드 시멘트, 석분, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머, PMMA 수지 조성물, 산가조절제, 차열안료, 방열안료, 2,6-디메틸헵탄-4-온(2,6-dimethylheptan-4-one), 석고, 고무, 배합수, 방동제, 혼화제 및 1,3-bis(아미노메틸)벤젠(1,3-bis(Aminomethyl)Benzene)을 포함한다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명에 따른 노출콘크리트 구조물 보수보강재 조성물은 노출콘크리트 공법 시공 후 또는 보수 중에 노출콘크리트 구조물 표면에 도포되어 사용됨으로써, 콘크리트 구조물 표면과 이질감이 생기지 않도록 함과 동시에 부착력, 인장강도, 굴곡강도, 내충격성 등의 물성을 향상시키고 구조물의 안정성과 내구수명을 확보할 수 있다.
