DESIGN-TYPE FENCE FASTENING STRUCTURE FOR EASY ANGLE AND DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT USING TOOTHED GEARS
According to one embodiment of the present invention, in a designed fence fastening structure, a post-side fastener and a rail-side fastener having through-holes with inclined toothed gears formed therein are implemented on the post side and the rail side, respectively, hinge pieces having flanges with inclined toothed gears are led to protrude through the through-holes of the post-side fastener and the rail-side fastener, respectively, and then the two hinge pieces are fastened with bolts, etc. to bind a post and a rail, so that the angle can be adjusted freely, and the meshing of the inclined toothed gears between the hinge piece and the fastener enables easy adjustment of a connection angle between the post and the rail and more robust fastening.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 디자인형 울타리 체결구조에 있어서, 기둥측과 난간측에 각각 내부에 경사진 톱니 기어가 형성된 통공을 가지는 기둥측 체결구와 난간측 체결구를 구현하고 경사진 톱니 기어를 가지는 플랜지가 구비된 힌지편이 각각 기둥측 체결구와 난간측 체결구의 통공을 관통하여 돌출되도록 한 후, 두 개의 힌지편을 볼트 등으로 체결하여 기둥과 난간을 결속시킴으로써 각도 조절이 자유로우며, 힌지편과 체결구간 경사진 톱니 기어의 맞물림을 통한 체결 방식으로인해 기둥과 난간의 연결 각도 조절이 용이하고 보다 견고한 체결이 가능하다.
