RBSC SiC METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SiC COMPOSITE INCLUDING RBSC COATING

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a SiC composite including an RBSC coating layer, which comprises the steps of: coating a coating solution including a carbon source and a silicon source on the surface of a substrate; curing the coated coating solution; and react-sintering the carbon contained in the carbon source and the silicon contained in the silicon source. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a SiC composite containing a uniform and dense RBSC coating layer with excellent chemical resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance can be manufactured in an easy, economical, and efficient method.

본 발명의 일 실시예는 기재 표면에 카본 소스 및 실리콘 소스를 포함하는 코팅 용액을 코팅하는 단계; 코팅된 코팅 용액을 경화시키는 단계; 및 상기 카본 소스에 포함된 카본과 상기 실리콘 소스에 포함된 실리콘을 반응소결시키는 단계를 포함하는 RBSC 코팅층을 포함하는 SiC 복합체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 쉽고 경제적이며 효율적인 방법으로 내화학성, 내산화성 및 내식성이 우수하고, 균일하고 치밀한 RBSC 코팅층을 포함하는 SiC 복합체를 제조할 수 있다.
