The present invention relates to a precast concrete (PC) module for a prefabricated house that can be used to construct a prefabricated house using PC modules manufactured from unit members, and to a construction method thereof. The PC module for a prefabricated house of the present invention, which is for a prefabricated house that can be used to construct a prefabricated house by assembling PC modules made of unit members in the longitudinal, transverse, or stacking manner, comprises: a pair of wall parts made of PC and facing each other while maintaining a distance from each other; and a ceiling part connecting the upper ends of the wall parts to each other.
본 발명은 단위부재로 제작된 PC모듈을 이용하여 조립식으로 주택을 시공할 수 있는 조립식 주택용 PC모듈 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조립식 주택용 PC모듈은 단위부재로 이루어진 PC모듈을 종방향, 횡방향, 적층방식 등으로 조립하여 조립식 주택을 시공할 수 있는 조립식 주택용 PC모듈로서, PC로 이루어지면서 서로 간격을 유지하며 서로 마주하는 상태로 이루어진 한 쌍의 벽체부와, 상기 벽체부의 상단부를 서로 연결한 천장부를 포함하는 조립식 주택용 PC모듈을 제공한다.
