- Stripping Beam-Deck Using Stacking Deck Plate and Method of Manufacturing the Same
Provided is a stripping beam-deck. The stripping beam-deck comprises: a deck module having a pouring space where concrete for forming a beam is poured; a plurality of support frames spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the deck module and supporting the outer lower and side parts of the deck module; and a plurality of spacers provided on the inner lower and side parts of the deck module and screwed to the deck module so that the deck module can be stripped from a beam after the concrete is cured and the beam is completed. The deck module includes: a lower deck in which adjacent ends of a plurality of lower deck plates are combined to overlap horizontally; and a side deck in which a plurality of side deck plates are stacked vertically on both ends in the widthwise direction of the lower deck. The support frame includes: a lower bar for supporting the lower deck; and side columns spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the lower bar to respectively support the side deck. Therefore, provided are a stripping beam-deck and a manufacturing method thereof, which can be applied to beams of various specifications.
탈형 보-데크가 제공된다. 이 탈형 보-데크는 내부에 보를 형성하는 콘크리트가 타설되는 타설 공간을 갖는 데크 모듈, 데크 모듈의 길이 방향으로 이격되어 상기 데크 모듈의 외측의 하부 및 측부들을 지지하는 복수의 지지 프레임들, 및 데크 모듈의 내측의 하부 및 측부들에 구비되며, 콘크리트가 양생되어 보가 완성된 후, 보로부터 데크 모듈을 탈형할 수 있도록 데크 모듈과 나사 결합되는 복수의 스페이서들을 포함한다. 데크 모듈은 복수의 하부 데크 플레이트들의 인접하는 단부들이 수평으로 겹쳐지도록 결합된 하부 데크 및 하부 데크의 폭 방향의 양 단부들 각각에 수직으로 복수의 측부 데크 플레이트들이 적층된 측부 데크를 포함한다. 그리고 지지 프레임은 하부 데크를 지지하는 하부 바 및 하부 바의 길이 방향으로 이격되어 측부 데크를 각각 지지하는 측부 기둥들을 포함한다.
