The present invention provides a method for manufacturing alkali activated concrete using existing batch plant equipment, in which existing batch plant equipment comprising: a concrete mixer; a binder supply unit which supplies a binder to the concrete mixer; a fine aggregate supply unit which supplies fine aggregate to the concrete mixer; a recovery water tank which supplies recovery water to the concrete mixer; and an admixture injection device which is connected to the concrete mixer is used to perform manufacturing, wherein the existing batch plant equipment uses a first alkaline activator prepared by adding a first alkaline material to the recovery water tank.
본 발명에서는 콘크리트 믹서; 콘크리트 믹서에 바인더를 공급하는 바인더 공급부; 콘크리트 믹서에 잔골재를 공급하는 잔골재 공급부; 콘크리트 믹서에 회수수를 공급하는 회수수 탱크; 및 콘크리트 믹서에 연결된 혼화제 주입장치;를 포함하는 기존의 배치 플랜트 설비를 이용하여 생산하되, 회수수 탱크에 제1 알칼리 물질을 투입하여 제조한 제1 알칼리 활성화제를 사용하는, 기존의 배치 플랜트 설비를 이용한 알칼리 활성 콘크리트 생산 방법을 제공한다.
