The present invention relates to a circular grinder-type cutter and an excavator having the same. The circular grinder-type cutter comprises: a connection frame connected to the arm of an excavator; a connection base coupled to the connection frame; a motor base rotatably coupled to the connection base by a connection pin; a hydraulic motor fixed to the motor base; and a disc-shaped grinder formed in the shape of a disc, of which a central portion is fixed to the rotating shaft of the hydraulic motor, and having a front surface which faces an object to be excavated and to which a plurality of cutters are fixed by cutter fixing parts, respectively. Therefore, the circular grinder-type cutter can contribute to increasing large-area excavation efficiency, and can have a disc-shaped cutter structure to be advantageous for noise- and vibration-free operation, thereby reducing civil complaints, improving the working environment, and contributing to improving the excavation efficiency of objects to be excavated having various shapes.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 아암에 연결되는 연결프레임; 상기 연결프레임에 결합되는 연결베이스; 상기 연결베이스에 연결핀에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합되는 모터베이스; 상기 모터베이스에 고정되는 유압모터; 및 상기 유압모터의 회전축에 중심부가 고정되는 원판 형태로 이루어지고, 굴삭 대상을 향하는 전면에 다수의 커터가 커터고정부에 의해 각각 고정되는 원판형그라인더;를 포함하는 원형 그라인더 타입 커터 및 이를 구비한 굴삭기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 대면적의 굴삭 효율을 높이는데 기여할 수 있고, 원판 형태의 커터 구조에 의해 무소음 및 무진동에 유리하도록 함으로써, 민원 발생을 줄이도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 작업 환경을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 다양한 형상의 굴삭 대상에 대한 굴삭 효율 향상에 기여하도록 하는 효과를 가진다.
