The present invention relates to a soundproof device using noise canceling comprising a plurality of soundproof modules arranged at a predetermined distance apart along the road in a location adjacent to the road and a control unit configured to independently control the plurality of soundproof modules. The control unit controls each soundproof module to generate noise canceling sound for the sound measured from the road. The soundproof device using noise canceling according to the present invention can replace a soundproof wall while exhibiting a soundproof effect. Therefore, the appearance of the road can be improved. In addition, by removing the soundproof wall, it is possible to fundamentally prevent the problem of natural animals, especially birds, colliding and dying.
본 발명은, 복수로 구성되며, 도로에 인접한 위치에서 도로를 따라 소정거리로 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 방음 모듈 및 복수의 방음 모듈을 독립적으로 제어할 수 있도록 구성되는 제어부를 포함하며, 제어부는 도로로부터 측정된 음향에 대하여 노이즈 캔슬링 음향을 발생시키도록 각각의 방음 모듈을 제어하는 노이즈 캔슬링을 이용한 방음장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 노이즈 캔슬링을 이용한 방음장치는 방음효과를 발휘하면서 방음벽을 대체할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 따라서 도로 주변의 미관을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 방음벽을 제거하여 자연동물, 특히 조류가 부딪혀 사망하게 되는 문제를 원천적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
