The present invention relates to a functional breaker cover for crushing and, more specifically, to a functional breaker cover for crushing, capable of having a function of reducing noise and blocking scattering substances by conveniently attaching the cover to an end of a breaker electrically or hydraulically operated and inserted into construction equipment such as an excavator or the like to crush materials. In accordance with the present invention, the functional breaker cover, which is a cover attached to or detached from a breaker and beneficially used at a low cost in a construction site, comprises: a ground contact part coming in contact with the ground; an end cover coupling part performing a function of coupling or decoupling the breaker body; a cover coupling member coupled to or decoupled from the breaker through one means selected from among a hose band, a clip, a clamp, a cable tie and a spring; and an air inlet provided to inject air into an air tube installed to improve sound insulation and prevent a scattering substance impact. Advisably, the cover installed in a lower part of the breaker through a bit has a cylindrical shape becoming larger in width while becoming closer to the bottom, the cover is formed of one material selected from among synthetic resin or rubber, urethane, silicon, Teflon and fibers, and the cover is installed at an end of the breaker located at the upper end of a chisel and a bit of the breaker to reduce noise and vibrations and prevent scattering substances.
본 발명은 기능성 파쇄용 브레이커 커버에 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는 전동이나 유압으로 작동하고 굴착기 등과 같은 건설장비에 끼워 물질을 파쇄시 사용하는 브레이커 단부에 상기 커버를 간편하게 부착하여 소음을 줄이고 비산물질을 차단할 수 있는 기능을 갖는 기능성 파쇄용 브레이커 커버에 관한 것이다. 본원 발명은 지면과 맞닿는 지면 첩촉부와 상기 브레이커 본체와 탈 결합기능을 수행하는 단부커버 결합부와 호스밴드, 클립, 클램프, 케이블 타이, 스프링 중 택일 된 어느 하나의 수단으로 상기 브레이커와 탈 결합하는 커버 결합부재와 상기 공기를 주입하여 차음 기능 향상과 비산물 충격방지가 가능한 브레이크에 탈부착할 수 있는 커버인 것으로 건설 현장에서 적은 비용으로 매우 요긴하게 사용할수있다. 바람직하게는 상기 브레이커 하부에 비트를 관통하여 설치되는 커버는 하방으로 갈수록 넓이가 넓어지는 원통 형태를 갖고 재질은 합성수지 또는 고무, 우레탄, 실리콘, 테플론, 섬유 중 선택된 어느 하나의 소재로 이루어지며 상기 브레이커 치즐및비트 상단부에 위치한 브레이커 말단에 본원 커버가 설치되어 소음진동 저감과 비산먼지 및 비산물 방지작업을 수행하게 되는 것이다.
