The present invention relates to an elevating rack rail structure of a branch section for a mountain railway vehicle, and provides an elevating rack rail structure of a branch section for a mountain railway vehicle, wherein first and second branch rack rails branching from a main rack rail are elevated to cross each other in the section where the branching is started among branch sections of a track on which a mountain railway vehicle travels, so that the mountain railway vehicle selectively uses the corresponding branch rack rail according to the traveling track while preventing the traveling of the mountain railway vehicle from being interfered with the other branch rack rail not in use.

본 발명은 산악철도차량용 분기구간의 승강형 랙레일 구조에 관한 것으로, 산악철도차량이 주행하는 선로의 분기구간 중 분기가 시작되는 구간에서 주랙레일로부터 분기되는 제1 및 제2분기랙레일을 서로 교차되게 승강시킴으로써 산악철도차량이 주행선로에 따라 선택적으로 해당 분기랙레일을 사용하면서도 사용하지 않는 다른 분기랙레일에 의해 산악철도차량의 주행이 방해받지 않는 산악철도차량용 분기구간의 승강형 랙레일 구조를 제공한다.
