The present invention relates to a safety ladder structure (10) for a utility pole. 본 발명의 전주 승주용 안전 사다리(10)는 다수의 발받침대(12)가 다단으로 연결된 좌우 한 쌍의 수직지지대(14)의 상부 양측면에 전주(P)의 직경 크기에 맞추어 감싸주면서 전주(P)의 외면과 접촉면적을 넓혀주도록 좌우 일정 각도로 각각 회전되는 좌우 한 쌍의 연결대(20)를 매개로 밴드(30)가 설치되고, 좌우 한 쌍의 수직지지대(14)의 하부 양측면에 지면과 밀착면적을 넓혀주도록 좌우 일정 각도로 각각 회전되는 좌우 한 쌍의 곁다리(40)를 매개로 지면밀착부재(60)가 설치되는 구조이기 때문에 작업자가 사다리(10)를 통해 전주(P)에 승주할 때 사다리(10)가 전주(P)로부터 이탈 및 좌우로 움직이는 것을 예방할 수 있으므로 작업자가 추락하는 등의 전도사고를 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 또한 사다리(10), 연결대(20) 및 곁다리(40)가 절연성 재질로 이루어져 있기 때문에 사다리(10)에 승주한 작업자가 작업 중 감전사고를 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
