In-corner frame for construction mold
The present invention relates to an in-corner frame for installing a construction mold installed on a corner of a wall or a column during the construction of a concrete structure. More specifically, a main body (10) is formed by bending a first, a second, a third and a fourth side plate part (11, 12, 13, 14) in a rectangular shape using a first, a second and a third bending groove (15a, 15b, 15c) formed on a metallic plate. The first and the fourth side plate part (11, 14) of the main body have: concave parts (16, 16') having outer side ends bent inward for finishing and recessed inward at the center; coupling holes (17, 17') formed to connect a construction mold to the concave parts; and a plurality of embroidery forming parts (19, 19') formed in a vertical and longitudinal direction on both sides. The in-corner frame for a construction mold can be manufactured simply by bending and forming a metallic plate, is lightweight, has excellent rigidity, can be used repeatedly, and above all, has low manufacturing costs, thereby maximizing the practicality of the product.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 축조시 벽체나 기둥의 코너에 설치하는 거푸집 설치용 인코너에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 금속 판재에 형성된 제1,2,3 절곡홈(15a)(15b)(15c)에 의해 제1,2,3,4 측판부(11)(12)(13)(14)를 사각 형태로 절곡하여 본체(10)를 형성하되, 상기 본체의 제1,4 측판부(11)(14)는 외측 끝단을 내측으로 절곡 마감하고 중앙에 내측으로 함몰되는 요부(16)(16')와 상기 요부에 거푸집을 연결하기 위한 체결공(17)(17')을 형성함과 함께 양 측방에 엠보 성형부(19)(19')를 상하 길이 방향을 따라 다수 형성하도록 제공하므로 금속 판재를 절곡 성형하여 간단히 제작하면서 경량이고 강성을 우수하게 형성함은 물론 반복 사용이 가능하고, 무엇보다 제조 단가가 저렴하여 제품의 실용성을 극대화하는데 그 특징이 있다.
