Droop prevention device for a window
The present invention relates to a window frame sagging prevention device to maintain the horizontal state of a window frame without installing a conventional window frame support and have excellent insulation workability to reduce overall costs. According to the present invention, the window frame sagging prevention device comprises: a partially open wall; a fixing bracket fixing a window frame to the open wall, wherein a plurality of coupling holes are formed in the fixing bracket; a fixing part including a fixing plate installed on both side surfaces of the open wall and a support plate installed on the fixing plate and having a plurality of support holes formed therein; a corner reinforcement member installed at the bottom corner of the window frame and protecting the corner portion of the window frame; a length adjustment member including a main body having a threaded portion formed on one side to be inserted into the support hole of the fixing part and having a locking part formed on the other side, and a bolt fastened to the threaded portion inserted into the support hole; and a support member having one side fixed on one side to the locking part of the length adjustment part, inserted into the coupling hole of the fixing bracket, and connected to the locking part of the length adjustment part on the other side.
본 발명은 종래의 창틀지지대를 설치하지 않고 창틀의 수평상태를 유지함과 아울러 단열재 시공성이 뛰어나 전체적인 코스트를 절감할 수 있는 창틀 처짐방지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 창틀 처짐방지장치는 일부가 개방된 벽체와; 개방된 벽체에 창틀을 고정하는 고정브라켓과; 상기 고정브라켓에 복수의 결합공이 형성되며, 개방된 벽체 양측면에 설치되는 고정판과, 상기 고정판에 설치되며 복수의 지지공이 형성된 지지판으로 이루어진 고정부와; 상기 창틀의 저면 모서리에 설치되며, 창틀의 모서리 부위를 보호하는 코너보강부재와; 일측은 고정부의 지지공에 끼워지는 나사부가 형성되며, 타측은 걸림부가 포함된 몸체와, 상기 지지공에 끼워진 상기 나사부에 체결되는 볼트로 이루어진 길이조절구와; 일측은 길이조절구의 걸림부에 고정되며, 상기 고정브라켓의 결합공에 삽입되고, 타측 길이조절구의 걸림부에 연결되는 받침부재로 구성된다.
