REINFORCED FLOOR FINISHING MATERIAL OF ARTIFICIAL LEATHER INGREDIENT
The present invention relates to a reinforced floor material with an artificial leather base material, wherein a lower part of the reinforced floor material is formed of a wooden panel or a resin panel and an artificial leather base material is formed to be thin by a predetermined thickness in an upper part thereof, and then, the outside of the upper part is coated or bonded with thermosetting resin, thereby manifesting the feel of leather while maintaining the functionality thereof. In accordance with the present invention, the reinforced floor material includes: a base panel part used as a base part of a finishing material; an artificial leather base material part contained by bonding an artificial leather base material to one side of the base panel part by a thin thickness of a predetermined slice shape; and an outer cover base material part formed by a predetermined thickness on the outside of the artificial leather base material part to protect the action of the artificial leather base material part. Therefore, the present invention can produce the texture of leather as well as have excellent functionality such as durability, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, eco-friendliness and the like, can use various materials such as wood, plywood, rubber plates, resin, plastic, iron, or metal as a base for a base panel part, and can provide the functionality of leather as well as various effects such as expressing luxury and elegance with the texture of leather.
본 발명 인조가죽기재 강화마루 마감재는, 목질형 판넬이나 수지형 판넬로 상기 강화마루 마감재의 하부를 형성하고 이 상부에 인조가죽 재질의 기재를 일정 두께로 얇게 형성시키되, 다시 이 상부의 외부를 코팅하거나 경화성 수지로 접착하여 처리함으로써, 가죽의 느낌을 살리면서 그 기능성을 살린, 판넬형 마감재이다. 본 발명은, 마감재의 기초부로 사용하기 위한 판형의 베이스 판넬부와; 상기 베이스 판넬부의 일측면에 인조가죽 재질의 기재로 하여 일정 슬라이스 형태의 얇은 두께로 접합시킴으로써 내포되는 인조가죽 기재부와; 상기 인조가죽 기재부의 작용을 보호하기 위해 상기 인조가죽 기재부의 외측에 일정 두께로 형성되는 외피기재부를; 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서 본 발명은, 가죽의 질감을 낼 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 내구성, 내충격성, 내부식성, 친환경성 등 기능성이 뛰어나고, 나무, 합판, 고무판, 수지, 플라스틱, 철재나 금속 등 다양한 재질을 베이스 판넬부의 베이스로 이용할 수 있으며, 가죽의 기능성은 물론, 가죽의 질감을 내어 고급스럽고 우아함을 표현하는 마감할 수 있는 등, 여러 가지 다양한 효과를 제공한다.
