The present invention relates to a basic twin wall structure using PC panels and a manufacturing method thereof, in which first and second PC panels with exposed brackets are manufactured respectively at a PC manufacturing factory, a basic twin wall structure can be easily manufactured at a construction site, and the first and second PC panels with first and second connecting reinforcing bars exposed at the bottom are manufactured as an integrated piece so that structural stability can be secured and the amount of reinforcing bars can be reduced via connection with a basic concrete floor and a construction period can be shortened. The basic twin wall structure using PC panels includes a first PC panel, a second PC panel, a connecting bar, and an inclined bar.
PC제작 공장에서 브라켓트가 노출된 제1,2PC패널을 각각 제작하고 공사현장에서 간편하게 기초 트윈 월 구조물을 제작할 수 있도록 하며, 하단부에 제1,2연결철근이 노출된 제1,2PC패널을 일체형으로 제작하여서 기초 콘크리트 바닥과의 연결을 통하여 구조적 안정성을 확보하고 철근량을 줄일 수 있으며 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 한 PC패널을 이용한 기초 트윈 월 구조체 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것이다.
