Production Method Of Fireproof Structure Panel
The present invention is to provide a method for producing a fireproof structural panel, which sprays a polyol mixture and a hardener mixture in the form of an aerosol using a compressed air spray device so as to facilitate the formation of a fireproof composition on a fireproof structural panel, improve the high temperature resistance of the fireproof structural panel, and reinforce thermally vulnerable portions. The method for producing a fireproof structural panel comprises the following steps: a) preparing a compressed air spray device; b) injecting a polyol mixture and a hardener to the compressed air spray device; c) mixing a liquid refractory composition, in which the polyol mixture and the hardener are mixed, with compressed air in the compressed air spray device and spraying the refractory composition in the form of an aerosol to a fireproof structural panel; d) hardening-to-touch the sprayed refractory composition to form a solid refractory composition; and e) producing a fireproof structural panel to which the solid refractory composition is attached.
본 발명은 압축공기분사 장치를 이용하여 폴리올 혼합물과 경화제 혼합액을 에어로졸 형태로 내화구조패널에 분사함으로써 내화구조패널에 내화조성물 형성을 용이하게 하고, 내화구조패널의 고온저항성을 향상시키고 열적 취약 부위를 보강할 수 있는 내화구조패널 생산 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
