The present invention provides an operating oil storage tank for construction equipment. The operating oil storage tank for construction equipment comprises: a storage container (3) having a receiving space formed of a resin material, and formed therein to have a predetermined size; and a flange (1) formed of a metallic material, having a hole formed in the center thereof, and coupled to an upper portion of the storage container (3). The flange (1) includes: a body part (10) including a plate-shaped ring (11) which has a plurality of through holes (12) spaced a predetermined interval from each other, a first coupling plate (13) which is integral with the plate-shaped ring (11), is inclined at a predetermined angle, and is extended downward by a predetermined width along an outer portion of the plate-shaped ring (11), and a second coupling plate (15) which is integral with the plate-shaped ring (11) and is extended vertically downward along an inner portion of the plate-shaped ring (11); and fastening parts (20) including a plurality of housings (21) which have a cylindrical structure with an open upper portion, wherein the edge of the open upper portion is coupled to a lower surface portion of the through hole (12) of the plate-shaped ring (11), and of which a lower portion protrudes by a predetermined length vertically downward from the plate-shaped ring (11), and fastening pieces (23) which have threads (24) formed on inner surface portions thereof and are inserted into the inner spaces of the housings (21), and have fastening pieces (23) of which upper portions are exposed through the through holes (12) of the plate-shaped ring (12). Therefore, the coupling power between the flange and the storage container can be significantly increased.
본 발명은, 내부에 일정크기의 수용공간이 형성되는 수지재질의 저장용기(3), 중앙부위에는 홀이 형성되어 저장용기(3)의 상측부위에 결합되는 금속재질의 플랜지(1)를 포함하는 건설 장비용 작동오일의 저장 탱크로서, 상기 플랜지(1)는, 복수 개의 관통공(12)이 상호 간에 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 판상 링(11), 판상 링(11)과 일체형 구조로 이루어지며 일정각도 경사져 판상 링(11)의 외측면 부위를 따라 하방으로 일정 폭만큼 연장되는 제1결합판(13), 판상 링(11)과 일체형 구조로 이루어지며 판상 링(11)의 내측면 부위를 따라 수직 하방으로 연장되는 제2결합판(15) 각각이 마련되는 몸체부(10); 상측부위가 개구된 원통 구조로 이루어져 개구된 상측의 모서리부위가 판상 링(11)의 관통공(12) 하면부위를 따라 결합되고 하측부위는 판상 링(11)의 수직 하방으로 일정 길이 돌출되는 복수 개의 하우징(21), 내면부위에 나사산(24)이 형성되어 하우징(21) 각각의 내부공간에 삽입되며 상측부위가 판상 링(12)의 관통공(12)을 통해 노출되는 체결편(23)이 마련되는 체결부(20);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 장비용 작동오일의 저장 탱크를 제공한다.

The present invention provides an operating oil storage tank for construction equipment. The operating oil storage tank for construction equipment comprises: a storage container (3) having a receiving space formed of a resin material, and formed therein to have a predetermined size; and a flange (1) formed of a metallic material, having a hole formed in the center thereof, and coupled to an upper portion of the storage container (3). Therefore, the coupling power between the flange and the storage container can be significantly increased.
