THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOORING TO USE THIN PLATE OF CYPRESS
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a floor cover using thin plates of cypress, more specifically, a manufacturing method for a floor cover using thin plates of cypress manufactured by slicing cypress into a form of thin plate and attaching a plurality of thin plates of cypress with each other using a hot-melt. The manufacturing method for a floor cover using thin plates of cypress comprises: a step (a) of preparing thin plates of cypress; a step (b) of disposing at least two of the thin plates of cypress on a molding plate such that the edge lines of the thin plates contact each other; a step (c) of applying a hot-melt adhesive on the rear surface of the thin plates of cypress disposed on the molding plate and attach-connecting the at least two thin plates of cypress by compressing the same at a predetermined temperature; a step (d) of applying an ultraviolet light-curing paint on the front surface of the thin plates of cypress to ultraviolet light-cure or coating a varnish paint on the front surface of the thin plates of cypress and drying the same; a step (e) of finish-touching the external surface of the ultraviolet light-cured or varnish-coated front surface; and a step (f) of forming an adhesive layer on the rear surface of the thin plates of cypress and bonding a different paper on the adhesive layer. Since a floor cover according to the present invention uses cypress, there is an effect in diffusing the unique scent of cypress.
본 발명은 편백나무 박판을 사용한 장판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 편백나무를 얇은 박판형태로 절개하고 핫멜트를 이용하여 여러장의 편백나무 박판을 서로 부착하여 제조되는 편백나무 박판을 사용한 장판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 편백나무 박판을 준비하는 단계; (b) 상기 편백나무 박판 2장 이상을 서로 테두리선이 맞닿도록 금형판에 배치하는 단계; (c) 금형판에 배치된 상기 편백나무 박판 배면에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하고 일정온도로 압착하여 2장 이상의 상기 편백나무 박판을 서로 부착 연결하는 단계; (d) 상기 편백나무 박판 전면에 자외선 경화 도료를 도포하고 자외선경화하거나, 상기 편백나무 박판 전면에 바니쉬 도료로 코팅하고 건조시키는 단계; (e) 상기 자외선 경화 또는 바니쉬 코팅된 전면의 표면 마감처리를 하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 편백나무 박판 배면에 접착층을 형성하고, 상기 접착층에 이형지를 부착하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 편백나무 박판을 이용한 장판의 제조방법을 제공한다.
