The present invention relates to a long span beam with a reinforced coupling portion. The long span beam with the reinforced coupling portion of the present invention comprises: a pair of H-shaped brackets coupled to both pillars (one end of the H-shaped bracket has a lower part flange longer than an upper part flange); an H-shaped beam disposed between the pair of the H-shaped brackets (both end parts of the H-shaped beam have upper part flanges longer than lower part flanges); a first inclined joining plate obliquely coupled to one end of the H-shaped bracket; and a second inclined joining plate obliquely coupled to one end of the H-shaped beam. Provided is the long span beam with the reinforced coupling portion, which can be effectively used for a long span of equal to or more than 20 m.
