Provided is a block structure comprising: a first structure including a first living space and a second living space disposed above the first living space and having a smaller floor area than the first living space; a second structure including a third living space and a fourth living space disposed above the third living space and having a smaller floor area than the third living space, at least part of the third living space being disposed to be adjacent to the second living space above the first living space; a third structure including a fifth living space and a sixth living space disposed above the fifth living space and having a smaller floor area than the fifth living space, at least part of the fifth living space being disposed to be adjacent to the fourth living space above the third living space; and a fourth structure including a seventh living space and an eighth living space disposed above the seventh living space and having a smaller floor area than the seventh living space, at least part of the seventh living space being disposed to be adjacent to the sixth living space above the fifth living space. The first structure includes a first open space structure with a multistory floor height disposed below the third structure. The second structure includes a second open space structure with a multistory floor height disposed below the fourth structure. The third structure includes a third open space structure with a multistory floor height disposed below the first structure. The fourth structure includes a fourth open space structure with a multistory floor height disposed below the second structure. Therefore, provided are a block structure and a building composed by stacking block structures, wherein an open space structure with a multistory floor height can be provided for each unit household of a building, and a living space with a multistory floor height can be provided additionally.
