The present invention relates to a vehicle elevator apparatus for complex building individual household vertical parking. More specifically, according to the present invention, a common space is provided as a parking space next to an individual dedicated space of a complex building. Additionally, an automobile can be moved to the parking space and parked at the same. The elevator apparatus consists of two floors. Therefore, an entry and exit time is shortened, and entry and exit can be easily controlled even in a parking lot where equal to or more than two automobiles can be parked per household. The vehicle elevator apparatus for the complex building individual household vertical parking of the present invention comprises: a dedicated parking lot; a vehicle elevator unit; a sliding moving means; and a control unit.
본 발명은 집합건물 개별 세대 수직 주차용 차량 엘리베이터 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상게하게는 집합 건물의 개별 전용 공간 옆에 공용 공간으로 주차 공간을 구비하고, 상기 주차 공간에 자동차를 이동시켜 주차할 수 있는 집합건물 개별 세대 수직 주차용 차량 엘리베이터 장치에 있어서, 엘리베이터 장치를 복층으로 구성함으로써 입출차 시간을 단축하고, 1세대에 2대 이상의 자동차를 주차할 수 있는 주차장을 구비한 경우에도 손쉽게 입출차 제어가 가능한 집합건물 개별 세대 수직 주차용 차량 엘리베이터 장치에 관한 것이다.
