The present invention relates to a dual-mount mediating connection of an attachment to an attachment coupler for heavy equipment. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the dual-mount of the attachment coupler for heavy equipment, which enables a user to use various existing attachments by connecting the various existing attachments to the coupler regardless of the kind of coupler. A mount body includes: a base plate; a pair of connection pieces protruding from one side of the base plate to be separated from each other; a pair of coupling pieces protruding from the other side of the base plate to be separated from each other; first coupling holes coupling a first coupling pin of an attachment by being individually formed on the coupling pieces; and second coupling holes coupling a second coupling pin of the attachment by being individually formed in the coupling pieces. The first coupling pin is mounted on the coupling pieces and inserted into or separated from a fixed hook. The second coupling pin is mounted on the coupling pieces and inserted into or separated from a moving hook according to a movement of the moving hook.
